Each townhome has a comfortable living area, a complete kitchen, and three bedrooms with private baths. Every room is keyed differently for privacy.

Utah County.
The suites are fully furnished town home apartments in central Provo.
Built as corporate housing, the property has been adapted for nightly and monthly rentals to both families and business customers.
All rooms include local TV service and free wireless Internet. We have a small conference room and a laundry facility onsite.
Convenient location in downtown Provo, just off University Avenue
at 41 East 400 South. Near Novell, Rocky Mountain University, BYU, and NuSkin.
Each suite has a comfortable kitchen/living area and 3 bedrooms with baths.
Every standard bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, armchair, desk and chair, TV and small dresser.
In most units, one of the rooms has a king-size bed. Two of our units have beds for 8. Cribs are available for small children.
Stays of 2-4 nights:
Full townhome: $130/night
2 rooms (4-5 guests): $110/night
1 room (2-3 guests): $75/night
Stays of 5-9 nights:
Full townhome: $120/night
2 rooms: $100/night
1 room: $70/night
Stays of 10-14 nights are discounted 10 percent more ($108, $90, $63)
Sales and room taxes (12.5%) must be charged and are in addition to the above rates.
Should you need housing in Provo for more than 14 days, please inquire for significantly discounted rates based on the size of your party and the length of your stay.
We also rent our townhomes month-to-month when space permits. No taxes are due for stays of 30 days or more.
We have two extra guest rooms above our conference room. These rooms share a partial kitchen.
2 rooms (up to 5 guests): $90/night
1 room (2 guests): $60/night
2 rooms: $80/nt; 1 room: $50/nt
If you reserve one of our townhomes and need an extra room, you may rent one of these rooms for $35 (2-4 nights) or $30 (5+ nights).
CANCELLATIONS: Please read our policy carefully. There are no exceptions.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund of your deposit, less a $100 processing fee.
At 30 days before your arrival, your deposit becomes nonrefundable. If you cancel 14-30 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit is forfeit unless we are able to re-rent your room(s). If we do re-rent your space, your deposit will be refunded, less a $100 fee.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, NO refund is possible unless we can re-rent your room. If we can rent the space, your entire payment will be refunded, less a $100 fee.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any reason.
Reservations can be made by phone, fax or email. We require a 50% deposit to book your reservation, and the remainder of your bill is due 2 weeks before arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and personal checks.

Silver Mountain Suites is located at 41 East 400 South in Provo, UT. We are close to Provo's business and government centers, NuSkin corporate offices, a large shopping mall and several strip malls, a Sam's Club, and many excellent restaurants.
We are within 2 miles of Brigham Young University, Rocky Mountain University, and Novell.

From the Salt Lake International Airport:
Drive east on I-80 for 1.5 miles
Exit onto I-15 South, travel 41.9 miles
Take the Provo Center Street exit #265
towards Provo, drive about one mile.
Turn right onto University Avenue.
Turn left onto 400 South.
Our townhome complex is about half a
block in on your left.
CLEANING FEES: If the suite is left unusually dirty, Guest will be charged for extra cleaning at the rate of $25 per hour.
SMOKING - Silver Mountain Suites is a non-smoking, drug-free facility. Smoking in any of the rooms onsite will result in a $500 fee.
PETS - No animals of any kind are allowed in the suites or on the property.
ZONING: The suites are zoned for residential use only. Guest shall not operate a business from the premises.
VISITORS: Additional per-person charges will accrue for any persons not named in the contract who stay overnight.
FURNISHINGS - Please do not to move or alter any of the furniture or equipment in your suite. Should any items be found damaged or missing, Guest will be charged for their replacement.
APPLIANCES - All appliances MUST be turned off when you are not in your suite. If Guest's negligence causes damage (an oven fire, burns from an iron left on, etc.), all repair costs will be Guest's responsibility.
REPAIRS - We reserve the right to enter the suite during reasonable hours for maintenance and service.
QUIET HOURS - Please take care not to disturb your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Check-in is from 4 to 8 p.m., unless other arrangements are made. Check-out time
is 11 a.m.
HOW TO CHECK OUT:
By 11 a.m. on your departure date,
please do the following:
--Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
--Put all wet towels in the bathtubs.
--Check carefully for personal belongings.
--Turn off air conditioning or heating.
--Turn off all lights and televisions.
--Leave all keys on the kitchen counter
and close your door tightly.
Late check out is billed at $15/hour.
